Wondering if you have to pay for parking? It is free to park at more than half of our Park-n-Rides, but parking fees may apply at select Park-n-Rides. Our guide includes a list of fees, how to pay for parking, a list of paid and free Park-n-Rides, and a handy tool that will let you know whether in-District or out-of-District parking fees apply for you.

Address and intersection hints

For the best results, use the following formats when entering an address or intersection:

Address

  • Do not enter city, state, or zip code. Example of correct address format: 100 Main Street.
  • If the street name has two words separated by a space, the street type must be entered. Ex: 22000 Smoky Hill Road.
  • You will be asked to select the correct address if more than one address is found.

Intersection

  • Use "&" to indicate an intersection. Ex: Colfax & Colorado.
  • Do not use the word "and" or use a slash "/" when entering an intersection.

Highway

  • For Colorado State Highways, enter "CO xx" (xx is the highway number). Ex: CO 470.
  • For Interstates, enter "I-xx" (xx is the interstate number). Ex: I-25.
  • For US Highways, enter "US xx" (xx is the US Highway number). Ex: US 85.
  • For County Highways, enter "CNTY xx" (xx is the County Highway/Route number). Ex: CNTY 6.
  • E470 must be entered as "CO-E-470". Ex: CO 83 & CO-E-470.

MyStop numbers

Enter a 5-digit MyStop number to quickly find a stop on the system map. Learn more about MyStop numbers

Locate nearby RTD facilities

Once you enter an address, intersection or MyStop number, you will have the option to locate nearby RTD stops, stations and Park-n-Rides. Then select a facility to get more information, including address, MyStop number (where applicable),and a list of routes plus the next three scheduled arrival times.

Printing tips

Some map images may not print in Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8. Internet Explorer 9, Firefox, and Safari may require the default print setting to be modified.

Printing from a PC browser

  • To print maps, background images, and the info-ballon in Internet Explorer 9:
    • Open Page Setup and turn on Print Background Colors and Images setting.
  • To print maps, background images, and the info-ballon in Firefox:
    • Open Page Setup and turn on Print Background Colors and Images setting.

Printing from a Mac browser

  • To print maps, background images, and the info-ballon in Firefox:
    • Select Print and turn on Print Background Colors and Images Appearance settings.
  • To print maps, background images, and the info-ballon in Safari:
    • Select Print.
    • Turn on Print Background setting.

Vehicles with license plates registered to an address within the RTD district may park up to 24 hours at no charge. Fees apply after the first 24-hours. Vehicles with license plates registered to an address outside the RTD district will be subject to a fee every 24-hour period.
