For this Contract, the RTD has specified a SBE goal of Ten percent (10%) for the work to be performed. A Pre-Bid briefing was held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday Dec. 20, 2011, at RTD District Shops Offices, 1940 31st Street, Denver, Colorado. • Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 11FU003 is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide A&E Services for the Historic Denver Union Station Building Preservation & Restoration was issued Dec. 20, 2011. Pre-Proposal walk thru / briefing was held at 2 p.m. on Wed. Jan. 4, 2012 at RTD Administrative Offices 1600 Blake St. Denver, Colorado. • Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 21DJ013 is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Senior Network Engineer was issued Friday Nov. 4, 2011. Proposals were received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time on November 22, 2011. Proposals were received from Synamon Corp., Technology Integration Group (TIG) and Abacus Management Services LLC and are being evaluated. Award is being made to Synamon Corp., as approved by the RTD Board of Directors.
• Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 11DM009 is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Custodial Services for RTD Southeast Corridor Light Rail Stations and Park-N-Ride was issued Nov. 11, 2011. Proposals were received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time on December 6, 2011. Five proposals were received from the following firms: Carnation Building Services Inc., Grounds Service Co., Front Range Services, Quality Building Specialist L.L.C. and ISS Facility Services. Contract was awarded to Carnation Building Services for $140,000.00.
• Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 21DJ012 is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide New Heavy Duty 4WD Utility Trucks (2) was issued October 25, 2011. Bids were received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time on Wednesday December 7, 2011. Three bids were received from Lakewood Fordland (Ford F550) $232,575.00, Rush Truck Center (Ford F550) $224,523.04 and Pro Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Dodge) $199,120.00 and are being reviewed. Contract to be awarded to Pro Chrysler Jeep Dodge in the amount of $199,120.00 upon the approval of the General Manager.

Proposals were received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time on December 20, 2011. Two proposals were received from great BIG color Inc. and B & R Screen Graphics and are being evaluated.
• Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 11MR019 is seeking quotations from qualified firms to provide: Phase Loss Protection at RTD’s Platte and Boulder Divisions was issued Dec. 7, 2011. Quotations were received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time on December 28, 2011. One quotation was received from GEXPRO/GE Services $49,927.00 and is being evaluated.
• Request for Expression of Interest and Information (RFII) is seeking suppliers interested in developing, installing and maintain Photovoltaic systems on various structures and parking areas was issued Dec. 12, 2011. Requests were received until 5:00 pm on Wednesday Jan. 18, 2012. RTD received responses from 16 firms – all of which are currently being reviewed.
• Request for Proposal RFP No. 11DH036 is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Denver Union Station (DUS) Historic Building Legal Services was issued Dec. 28, 2011. Proposals were received until 5:00 p.m. prevailing local time on January 20, 2012. Four proposals were received from Ballard Spahr, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, Husch Blackwell, and Moye White and are being evaluated.
• Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 11DR004 is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide: North Metro Rail Line Segment 1 (Denver Union Station to National Western Stock Show) was issued Nov. 29, 2011. A Pre-Qualification Meeting was held in the T&D Room at 1600 Blake St, Denver, CO 80202, on Thursday Dec. 8, 2011 from 8:30 A.M. – 9:30 A. M. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) were received until 3:00 pm on Thursday, January 26, 2012. Eight Statements were received from Ames Construction Inc., Denver Transit Construction Group, Front Range Transportation Constructors, Hamon/Graham, Kiewit Infrastructure Group, Lawrence Construction Company, SEMA Construction, Inc. and URS all Statements are being evaluated.
