RTD has specified a DBE goal of Nine percent (9%) for the work to be performed. A pre-proposal briefing was held at the RTD Administration Offices on Monday, April 20, 2009. Two (2) Proposals were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Friday, July 10, 2009 from GFI Genfare and Scheidt & Bachmann and are being evaluated.
• Invitation for Bid 20DH008 Oracle Identity Management Licenses was issued on Monday, May 24, 2010. Three (3) Sealed Bids were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Monday, June 21, 2010 as follows: DLT Solutions $194,199.68; Arisant Business Solutions $223,230.72; SofTec Solutions $173,263.08 and are being evaluated. • Invitation for Bid 20DJ005 Replacement Desktop Computers, Laptop Computers and Monitors was issued on Thursday, July 8, 2010. Three Sealed Bids were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Thursday, July 29, 2010 from CounterTrade, $140,801.80; Pitney Bowes $121,847.64; Reality Technology $232,710.27. The bid submitted by Pitney Bowes was declared non-responsive. Award is being made to CounterTrade Products, the low, responsive, responsible bidder.
• Request for Proposal 19FH018 Computer-Aided Dispatch/Automatic Vehicle Location (CAD/AVL) System, Data Radio Replacement System and Voice Radio Integration was issued on Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Option 1. Option to purchase up to 210 additional Mobile Radios and 60 additional Portable Radios. Option 2. Option to purchase up to 115 additional onboard equipment units. Option 3. Option to purchase additional Contractor-provided software licenses to includes two (2) fully functional CAD/AVL licenses, ten (10) Desktop Display licenses, and two (2) Remote Dispatch Application licenses. Three year Contract Award to DataMan USA in the amount of $246,000.00 was approved by RTD Board of Directors on July 20, 2010. Contract was reopened because the selected consultant decided to accept another position. Five (5) Proposals were received on Friday, August 20, 2010 and are being evaluated.

It is not mandatory to be on the Bidders List to do business with RTD; however, if you are on the Bidders List, your company will be placed in a database that the buyers use to find companies providing the required products & services. Get on the Bidders List. Please access this page once a week for current information about RTD solicitations.
Some RTD solicitations have DBE or SBE goals, as outlined in the DBE and SBE Program Information pages. It is recommended that you print out copies for the your reference.
All solicitations with DBE or SBE goals will include a detailed explanation of the DBE or SBE program requirements, which must be followed by the Prime Contractor. You can download PDF files of the DBE and SBE Prime Contractor Program Requirements.
It is recommended that the RTD Prime and Subcontractor Payment Report spreadsheets be used for all current and future monthly payment reports for all contracts with designated DBE or SBE goals. If the RTD Prime and/or Subcontractor Payment Report spreadsheets are not used for monthly reporting the Small Business Opportunity Office will not be responsible for accurately recording your information.
Only DBE and SBE subcontractors need to be listed on the Prime Contractor Payment Report spreadsheet.
